Before my time as an investor, I had operational responsibility for dozens of companies in Austria and other countries through positions on the supervisory board, management board or in management. My particular passion is the restructuring and reorganisation of distressed companies, independent of the branch. Apart from the pure skills of a turnaround specialist, I have learned that a particularly important requirement for successful restructuring is the right interaction with the people in the distressed company and its environment.
